UIC's Annual Business Plan Competition C2V

Concept2Venture® (C2V)
2008 will be held Tuesday December 16, 2008 at Student Center East.
- The
competition is
open to undergraduate and graduate student teams from any of UIC's 15
colleges, including teams made up of students from multiple
colleges.
- The event will give students an opportunity to compete for
awards exceeding $55,000 for their business ideas. ($21,000 in cash
plus in kind services)
- A distinguished panel of experts including
entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, investors, and service providers
will judge the
entries and provide valuable feedback.
- Teams will be evaluated
based on written
business plans
and 15-minute oral presentations. For details, please refer to the "Official

- Some teams competing in C2V® will
go on to represent UIC at various regional and national business
plan competitions. For details, please refer to "External
Competitions."
- C2V® is
open to the public and the community is encouraged to attend
and observe free of charge.
- The competition is hosted by UIC's
College of Business Administration
and the Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies.
- C2V® is
supported through the philanthropy
of dedicated donors, including UIC alumni. C2V® welcomes
your participation and sponsorship.
