Executive Summary File Upload

Please use the form below to upload your Executive Summary file to the C2V® team. An electronic version of your executive summary (limited to 5 pages) is due no later than 5:00 p.m., October 27, 2006. Guidelines for the Executive summary can be found in the Official Rules.

Your Executive Summary file should be named as "es-companyname" (without quotes). For example if your company name is "Corner Lemonade Stand" your Executive Summary filed should be named "es-cornerlemonadestand".

Files may be sumitted in Word (.doc) or Acrobat (.pdf) format.
